RentoSmart – User Guide

Welcome! This page explains how to access RentoSmart, browse workspaces, and post/manage your property listings. Use the search bar or the contents on the left to jump to any topic.

Tip: On mobile, use your browser's Find feature to search within this page.

1. Homepage Overview

  • Top navigation: Home, Contact Us, About Us; phone icon to copy +91 97314 51520; user icon opens Sign In / Sign Up; Create Listing requires login.
  • Search bar to find workspaces by location.

2. Login / Sign In

  • Open user icon → Sign In.
  • Enter email and password or continue with Google. Forgot Password available.
  • Attempting Create Listing while logged out redirects you to Sign In.

3. Sign Up

Required: Full Name, Email, Phone, Password + Confirm, accept Terms. Google sign-in supported.

4. WhatsApp Contact Button

Bottom-right floating button opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message to the official support number for quick assistance.

6. “Explore Now” Button

Quick-start search that pre-applies City = Bengaluru and Location = HSR Layout and opens the listings page.

8. Explore Locations

Browse popular Bengaluru neighborhoods like HSR Layout, Indiranagar, North Bangalore, Koramangala, Outer Ring Road, and Whitefield. Each card links to matching properties.

9. Enquiry Form

Collects Name (required), Email (optional), and Mobile Number (required). Submits to admin or triggers WhatsApp.

11. Property Listings – Search Results

List view of matching properties (title, location, type, area, parking, age) with price, security deposit, and an Enquiry button.

12. Filter Modal

  • Status (Bareshell/Warm shell, Fully Furnished, etc.)
  • Price range (min–max)
  • Size by built-up area or seat count
  • Buttons: Search and Clear All

13. Property Detail – Banner

Large image carousel; shows title, location, price, posting date, and a side enquiry form.

14. Property Overview & Enquiry

Overview fields include type, floor info, construction age, lifts, parking, and facing direction. The enquiry form asks for name, email, phone, and a message.

  • Rent & maintenance
  • Lock-in and agreement periods
  • Address & area metrics
  • Interior customization, handicap access
  • Parking allocation details

16. Amenities & Location Map

Selectable amenities (WiFi, Lift, Security, Pantry, AC, etc.) plus an embedded Google Map for the property location.

17. Disclaimer

  • Listings subject to availability; prices may vary.
  • Zero brokerage applies only to tenants.

18–19. Contact Us & Map

Contact by phone, email, or address; enquiry form (Name*, Email, Mobile*). Embedded Google Map with a View on Google Maps button for directions.

Overview of services and history (since 2015), benefits like expert matching, flexible budgets, and risk‑free listing for owners.

  • Parking: Car, Bike, Visitor
  • Submit to update step status

26. Rent & Agreement Details

  • Rent, Security Deposit, Maintenance
  • Is Negotiable toggle
  • Lock‑in Period (months)
  • Agreement Period (months)

Submit saves and confirms.

27. Interior Fitout & Specifications

  • Select amenities (WiFi, Lift, Security, etc.)
  • Upload images (JPG/PNG under 2MB; recommended 1280×720)
  • Workstations, Meeting Rooms, Conference Rooms, Phone Booths
  • Number of Lifts
  • Willing to Modify Interiors (toggle)

28. Review & Submit

Review Property Overview, Building & Structure, and Rent & Agreement before final submission. Click Confirm & Submit. A confirmation message appears and the listing is sent for review.

29. Property Listing Page

Displays all submitted listings with status (e.g., Pending), thumbnail, title, location, built‑up area, type, workstations, floors, car parking, age, rent & deposit, and a View Details button.

30. Edit a Property

From your dashboard or search results, open the property and click the pencil icon to edit. Approved listings return to review and need admin re‑approval after edits.

31. Delete a Listing

Click the trash icon → confirm deletion in the popup.

32. Share Your Listing

Use the share icon to share the listing through supported channels.
